Scheduling, contracting and negotiating: These are terms that seem new to you now? In your Purchasing apprenticeship, you will get to know and love them. As a purchasing apprentice, you will carry out all activities related to the procurement of goods and materials required by a company. You will know the company's storage conditions, the transport conditions of the supplier companies and be familiar with the processes.

Your tasks - as versatile as trade

Researching purchasing options for required products
Obtaining offers from different suppliers
Participation in supplier evaluation
Price monitoring and price evaluation
Comparing different offers
Observing customs regulations, terms of delivery, terms of payment
Placing orders
Monitoring delivery dates
Reminding of delivery dates in case of delay
Cost accounting, calculation and controlling
Documentation of all steps in procurement
